Kepala Cumi Goreng Garing

Bahan2 :

250 gr Kepala Cumi
1/2 sdt air jeruk
1 sdt kecap asin

Bahan pencelup :

2 siung bw.putih, haluskan
1 sdm tepung beras
1/2 sdt tepung maizena
3 sdm tepung terigu protein sedang
90 ml air
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk

Bahan Panir :

50 gr tepung roti kasar


Cara Membuat :

1. Rendam kepala cumi dengan air jeruk dan kecap ikan. Diamkan 1 jam.
2. Aduk rata larutan pencelup
3. Celup cumi ke dalam larutan pencelup
4. Gulingkan ke tepung roti kasar
5. Goreng sampai kering
